These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FIKELISTIC website and your engagement of any FIKELISTIC service, including Estate Management, Logistics & Transportation, Travel Services, and General Merchandise. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging FIKELISTIC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or engaging any FIKELISTIC service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services, and contact us using the details in Section 16 to discuss your concerns first.
Our Services
FIKELISTIC provides four core service lines across Nigeria: Estate Management, Logistics & Transportation, Travel Services, and General Merchandise sourcing/supply. The specific scope, deliverables, and cost of any engagement will be confirmed in writing (by email, WhatsApp, or a signed service agreement) before work begins. Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer — all enquiries are subject to confirmation and availability.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older, and for businesses or organisations acting through an authorised representative. By engaging our services, you confirm that the information you provide — including identity, contact, property, shipment, or travel details — is accurate and current. FIKELISTIC reserves the right to decline or discontinue service where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided by FIKELISTIC are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for the period stated in the quote, or 7 days if no period is stated. Final pricing may vary where the scope of work changes, where additional third-party costs apply (e.g. customs duties, visa fees, or hotel rate changes), or where unforeseen circumstances affect delivery. Any material change in price will be communicated to you before work proceeds.
Prices quoted for travel bookings and general merchandise are especially subject to change without notice until full payment is confirmed, as these depend on third-party rates (airlines, hotels, suppliers) that fluctuate outside our control.
Payment Terms
Depending on the service engaged, we may require full payment upfront, a deposit with balance due before delivery/completion, or agreed milestone payments for longer-term estate management contracts. Payment terms specific to your engagement will be confirmed in your quote or service agreement.
- Payments should be made only through the official channels communicated by FIKELISTIC. We are not responsible for payments made to unofficial or unverified accounts.
- For logistics and travel bookings, third-party costs (freight charges, airline tickets, visa fees) are typically non-transferable once processed.
- Late payment on ongoing estate management contracts may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by service, largely because third-party costs (airline tickets, haulage bookings, supplier orders) are frequently non-refundable once processed. As a general guide:
| Service | Cancellation policy |
|---|---|
| Estate Management | Ongoing contracts may be cancelled with written notice as specified in the service agreement; fees for work already performed are non-refundable. |
| Logistics & Transportation | Cancellations before pickup/dispatch may be eligible for partial refund, less any costs already incurred with carriers. Cancellations after dispatch are non-refundable. |
| Travel Services | Subject to the airline, hotel, or vendor's own cancellation policy, which will be disclosed to you at the time of booking. FIKELISTIC's service fee is generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. |
| General Merchandise | Orders already placed with suppliers are non-refundable; cancellation before sourcing begins may be refunded less any administrative costs incurred. |
Any refund due will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 10–14 business days, once approved.
Service-Specific Terms
In addition to the general terms in this document, the following conditions apply to each service line:
Property owners must provide accurate ownership/tenancy documentation. FIKELISTIC acts as a managing agent and is not liable for pre-existing structural, legal, or tenancy issues not disclosed at engagement.
Clients must accurately declare the nature, value, and condition of goods for shipment. FIKELISTIC is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, road conditions, or third-party carriers.
Clients are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, and travel documents meet destination-country requirements. FIKELISTIC facilitates bookings but is not liable for denied boarding, visa refusals, or entry refusals by third parties.
Product availability, specifications, and delivery timelines are subject to supplier confirmation. Minor variations in product appearance from images shown do not constitute a defect.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver your service;
- Make payments in line with the agreed terms;
- Obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or documentation required on your part (e.g. valid identification for travel, proper documentation for shipped goods);
- Communicate promptly with our team regarding changes to your requirements; and
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
Third-Party Vendors
Many FIKELISTIC services rely on third-party providers — airlines, hotels, haulage subcontractors, property vendors, and suppliers. While we take reasonable care in selecting reputable partners, FIKELISTIC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of these third parties, and any such issues will be addressed in line with the relevant third party's own terms and policies, with our support in resolving the matter on your behalf where possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the FIKELISTIC website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of FIKELISTIC or its licensors and is protected under applicable Nigerian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIKELISTIC's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business opportunity, or data, arising from your use of our services or website.
You agree to indemnify FIKELISTIC against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, provision of inaccurate information, or misuse of our services.
Force Majeure
FIKELISTIC will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government action, fuel scarcity, extreme weather, or third-party carrier disruptions.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct engagement. Where a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Termination of Services
FIKELISTIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service engagement where a client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment as agreed, or provides false information. Where an ongoing contract (such as estate management) is terminated, fees for work already performed remain payable, and any handover of documents or property will follow the process specified in the relevant service agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
