It applies to our website, our WhatsApp and phone-based enquiries, and any service engagement with FIKELISTIC.

Because FIKELISTIC operates across four distinct service lines, the categories of information we collect can differ depending on which service you engage — for example, a travel booking requires passport details that an estate management enquiry does not. Section 2 breaks this down by service.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of our services, and, in limited cases, information from third parties (such as a logistics partner confirming delivery, or a hotel confirming a reservation).
Full name, phone number, email address, company/organisation, and postal or delivery address.
Property address and details, tenancy or lease information, tenant contact details, and maintenance or inspection records.
Pickup and delivery addresses, consignment and cargo details, and vehicle tracking data relevant to a shipment.
Passport and identity document details, visa application information, travel itineraries, and frequent-flyer or loyalty numbers where relevant.
Billing address, invoicing details, and payment confirmation data. FIKELISTIC does not directly store full card numbers — these are processed by our licensed payment partners.
IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and general usage patterns collected via our website and cookies.
Passport and travel-document data are treated as sensitive and are collected, used, and stored only for the specific booking or visa application they relate to, and only for as long as that transaction requires — see Sections 7 and 8.

- Directly from you — when you fill out our contact or quote-request form, message us on WhatsApp, call our office, or sign a service agreement.
- Automatically — through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our website (see Section 10).
- From third parties — such as airlines, hotels, logistics carriers, or property co-managers, where necessary to fulfil a service you've requested.

- Service delivery partners — such as haulage subcontractors, airlines, hotels, or property maintenance vendors, limited to what's needed to fulfil your request;

- Professional advisors — such as auditors or legal counsel, under confidentiality obligations; and
- A successor entity — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, plus any period required by law (for example, financial records are typically retained for tax purposes for a period specified under Nigerian tax legislation). Sensitive data such as passport or visa details are retained only for the duration of the relevant booking or application, plus a limited period for dispute resolution, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including restricted internal access to sensitive records (such as travel documents) on a need-to-know basis.
